Do you have 24 hour reception?
Our check-in time is between 16:00 and 18:00.   A copy of your passport and a key deposit of 10 euros will be required.   Please advise us immediately on 00-351-920-125-086 if your arrival is after 18:00 so we can arrange for staff to be available but please note we CANNOT FACILITATE CHECK-INS AFTER MIDNIGHT! Please take this into consideration when booking your flights.   For early evening flight arrival times up to 21:30 we strongly suggest you book a taxi as a transfer company will not get you here before midnight and there will be no-staff available to check you in Staff are available at the Casa from 09:00 to 11:00 in the morning and 16:00 to 18:00 in the evening.

Can I pay on arrival?
Please note that FULL PAYMENT is required 6 weeks prior to your arrival. Once your initial booking has been reserved, you will receive an Invoice for a 20% deposit to secure the booking with the remainder being due 6 weeks before arrival. If your booking falls within the 6 week period, you will be invoiced for the full amount immediately.

Do I need Travel Insurance?
Please do ensure that you are suitably insured for your holiday and for the activities to be undertaken. We do provide insurance but we cannot accept liability for loss or injury to you or any member of your party due to your own negligence or failure to declare any medical conditions or previous injury.

What do you offer?

Is there a courtesy room?
We do not have a courtesy room as all our bathrooms are private per room but we do have outside shower facilities and an outside WC where you can change.

What time is check out?
Strictly 1100.  Key deposits will be returned on receipt of keys.
