This is all about who we are and what we do.

Extreme Algarve was born from our love of the outdoors, mother-ocean, being active and sharing it with people from all walks of life. All this complimented by a special part of Portugal that retains its culture and is blessed with a great climate and awesome conditions all year round. Where else would you want to come and have fun? 

After leaving our old lives in the big smog, we ended up by chance in the sunny Algarve. Today we run a very successful business purely through the magic of the climate, people, food, and off-course the many activities on offer. But mostly we think it's our approach and the amazing people that work with us. 

We try and make your time away with us a little more special and I guess a bit more personal. When we opened Casa Offshore our idea was to have that home 'away from home' feel and so far it seems to be working brilliantly. We've tried to combine all the best qualities of guest houses, apart-hotels and luxury apartments WITH home comforts such as a comfortable lounge and hot tub.

This year also has seen every single member of staff return and the much welcomed addition of our first ever BSA level 2 surf coach, Brah. Initially we started out as a surf school and through everyone returning and improving we've evolved into not only a surf school but a surf tour company. Taking surfers to the best spots on the day and also not just doing lessons on one or two beaches anymore but doing the surf school safari. 

When we first opened in 2005 we were the first in the Algarve to provide so many activities. 5 years down the line, thanks to amazing staff and most importantly amazing guests we feel like we have given back in service and quality what our guests have brought to us, whether its been through ideas or just general good vibes and as a multi activity company you can definitely spice up your holiday any which way you like.

The Algarve is starting to feature more and more as a winter surf destination and in general a perfect year round outdoor sports holiday destination. The 5 years we've been here have seen a massive upshoot of new surf schools and extreme sports websites advertising how good the Algarve is for anything outdoors. Some have even called it the New Zealand of Europe, a statement which is hard to completely deny.
